This inlaid wood panel depicts the story of Saint George and the Dragon. On the frame there is a small inlaid emblem of the house of Eleonora di Toledo, wife of the Grand Duke Cosimo I de ‘Medici. This work, ascribed to the school of Fra Damiano from Bergamo, stands out for its pictorial appearance, made through a careful selection and assemblage of different types of wood.
